Our predecessor, Bigman HK Limited, was established in December 2021. At that time, the aviation industry was facing a manpower shortage caused by the COVID-19 epidemic. We were committed to providing temporary transfer workers and manpower support to the aviation industry and becoming a new driving force for Hong Kong Airport to alleviate the unprecedented challenges faced by the aviation industry.

In November 2022, we entered the field of boarding check-in, providing human resources support to ground handling companies, and became the first company in Hong Kong to assist ground handling companies in boarding check-in. With the team's rich experience and aviation expertise, we have achieved satisfactory results in this field and gained a good reputation among different airlines and the industry.

In June 2023, the Hong Kong Airport Authority launched its first tender for its Manpower Support Plan. With our outstanding performance and professional capabilities in the aviation industry, we successfully won the bid. This is an important milestone for us in the industry and a recognition of the professional capabilities of our team.
