Customer Service Executive
Main Responsibilities
• At the check-in counter, flight information counter,
Provide passenger services in arrival/transfer halls and boarding gates • Perform travel document checks, seat assignments,
Data entry, queue management and collection of excess baggage charges • Perform any other duties as required and instructed by the company
Entry Requirements
• HKCEE/Dip in Diploma or equivalent • Good communication skills including English, Cantonese and Mandarin • Good customer service and communication skills • Shift work required
